All requests for condominium information from non-owners (e.g. Agents/Realtors, Closing Attorneys, Title Companies, Mortgage Companies, Trustees, etc.) must be requested here. Please read the following before beginning your order.
- Payment of required inquiry fees are due at the time of order.
- Should you require specific forms to be completed as part of your request, email them to Accounting@BayshoreTowersOBA.com. Be sure to reference your order number in your email.
- If you do not follow up the order with any specific forms, a generic Alabama Resale Certificate will be prepared.
- Any supplemental forms not provided in the original order will require a separate order and payment.
- Once an order has been placed, there are no refunds.
